Rincon Hill/South Beach’s first new construction opening of 2016 is almost upon us, with The Harrison bringing 298 ultra-luxury units to market starting in April 2016. Initial public marketing efforts by the Mark Company begin this month with a VIP launch date to be announced in the coming weeks. Sales offerings will be available by appointment only, with previews for premiere brokers beginning in mid-March.

The building has been completely re-envisioned from the ground up, bearing few resemblances to its neighbor, One Rincon Hill, with all-new interiors by famed designer Ken Fulk. The re-imagined building aims to offer luxury of the highest caliber with a new two-story cerrused oak library entry with a mezzanine; a valet; a traditional doorperson; an on-site concierge; and elegant new appointments in all the common areas. Fulk has added his touch to every aspect of the revamped building, bringing character and charm through touches as small as the coasters in the building’s new sky lounge and the valet’s new wardrobe.

Features and Finishes

Interiors at The Harrison are a step up from San Francisco’s existing luxury condominium offerings, with a unified premium finish package that evokes the feeling of being in a European hotel rather than an apartment. Early renderings of the residences show off beautiful light-colored hardwood floors, contemporary grey-colored cabinetry, kitchens with quartz countertops and tile backsplashes, and stone-colored tile flooring in the bathrooms. The building’s new entry also creates a much more contemporary and inviting aesthetic that has been carried through into the homes’ interiors.

Amenities at The Harrison include a 24-hour doorperson, multiple thoughtfully designed communal areas, outdoor terraces, a two-story library, a fitness center, conference room, a pool and an additional on-site concierge. Ken Fulk has gone to great lengths to design an elegant gathering environment in the building’s revamped top-floor Sky Lounge, aiming to create an area where new residents and their guests can share in the best the city has to offer: world class art, entertainment, world-renowned chefs, and wine.

The Harrison’s full-service HOA will be operated at the coveted “ultra-luxury” level and will offer a private hosted entry, an exclusive lounge area, and curated events for members. The HOA will also be separate from One Rincon’s.

As The Harrison approaches its VIP launch date, The Mark Company will release more information and pictures of the building’s interiors will become available. Keep up-to-date with the latest news about The Harrison at SF City Condos.
