It sold for over $75,000 over asking. Built in 1997, South End Lofts is a live/work loft community situated within a premier South Beach location within walking distance to AT&T Park, The Embarcadero and the San Francisco Caltrain station.


403 Main Street #618N is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner condo at Portside II in the popular South Beach neighborhood. Climb agent Michelle Ye sold it for $1,300,000, the highest ever price recorded in the building. Portside II is a unique Art Deco designed building located on the Embarcadero in the heart of South Beach. The residence offers boutique amenities including full-time security, a heated pool overlooking the San Francisco Bay, a sun deck, 2 gyms, and a spa.


88 Townsend St. #319, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in South Beach, sold for $1,085,000 ($80k over the list price). Bernal Heights


85A Coleridge Street is the lower unit in a newly converted 2-unit condo building on the west slope of Bernal Heights. The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with Twin Peaks views, a front deck and a shared backyard sold for $700,000 ($66k over asking) and was listed by Danielle Lazier and Sasha Lupercio of Climb Real Estate.

Jack London Square, Oakland


288 3rd Street #102 is one of only 6 condo units in the building that offers a private entrance, making it feel similar to a townhouse or single-family home. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was listed by Melody Hultgren and sold for $519,000.
