It was a big week for sales in Oakland; 288 Third Street #501 was the highest sale there, a rarely available corner condo in Jack London Square. Tam, downtown Oakland, and the Berkeley and Oakland hills, the home features a gallery-style entrance and oversized industrial-style windows.
Tom Watson sold another condo in the same building this week; 288 Third Street #106 is also a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, sold for $478,000. It features high ceilings, upgraded finishes, and exposed concrete.
