It’s been a big week for sales at Climb Real Estate with properties all over the Bay Area, from San Francisco to the East Bay and the Peninsula. San Francisco sales included a condo in Noe Valley, a loft in the Inner Mission, and South Beach condos at The Infinity, Portside II, and Baycrest. They also sold condos in SOMA at SOMA Grand, the Western Addition at Fillmore Heritage, and Mission Bay at The Beacon. East Bay and Peninsula sales included condos at The Belmont in Belmont and Peninsula Place in San Bruno as well as a house in Rancho Cordova.
This week’s showcase sale is a $1,315,000 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at 1115 Guerrero Street in Noe Valley. Sold by Michelle Balog, the condo is on the top floor of a 3-unit Edwardian building at the intersection of Noe Valley and the Mission. It features views, period detail, high ceilings, natural light, and an open floor plan in the kitchen/dining room/family room. The bedroom off the living room has pocket doors, making it flexible for use as a library or formal dining room, and there’s space and exit plumbing to convert its closet into a half bathroom.
2600 18th St. #19 is one of the largest lofts in its building, a top floor tri-level live/work loft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,936 sq. ft. of living space. Sold for $1,230,000 by Dirk Kinley, the loft is located near Potrero Hill in the Mission’s Media Gulch neighborhood. There is direct access to a common roof deck with views of Twin Peaks. On the corner of 18th Street and Hampshire, this tree-lined block is within close proximity to neighborhood eateries and restaurants like Blowfish Sushi, Slow Club, and Universal Café. Coffee Bar, Blue Bottle Coffee, and Heath Ceramics are all nearby.
