As first broken by Socketsite, the long awaited second act of Tishman Speyer to its very successful Infinity project is coming to fruition. Located at 201 Folsom, just across the street from The Infinity at the intersections of South Beach / Rincon Hill and the Transbay District, there will be 671 units with 12 studios, 234 one-bedrooms, 333 two-bedrooms and 92 threes across four buildings. The four buildings will be similar to the Infinity with two high-rises flanked by two mid-rises. The two high-rises will rise 38 and 43 stories while the mid-rises appear to rise 8 to 9 stories and the architect is Arquitectonica again who was also involved in the design of the Infinity. There are a reported 701 parking spaces in the complex but not sure if they will be deeded, assigned, or valet at this point.
