One Mission Bay is San Francisco’s first large-scale new construction release of 2016 and is set to begin sales in mid-February. The new 16-story building, located in Mission Bay across the channel from AT&T Park, will bring a mix of junior one, one, two, and three bedrooms with a total of 350 units. While floor plans or full interior renders have not yet been released, unit sizes are on par with other recent projects like Arden. Roughly half of the units in the building will offer additional den/flex space.
Pricing has not yet been released, however, the developers have released the breakdown of units for the building and the square footage range for each type.

71 One Bedroom: 631-870 sq. ft.
53 One Bedroom + Den: 770-1,122 sq. ft.
61 Two Bedroom: 986-1,440 sq. ft.
